Who's CULPRIT?
You can start reilly, candle march, you can block road ways and create huge havoc all over the place. No doubt it can be helpful to the family of rape victim at some extent. But what about countless awaiting Nirbhayas, Dishas, Manishas? Can it be helpfull to prevent such horrendous drastic incident? If you would ask me, my answer is NO. It'll not stops those hungry leaches to commit such acts. So the question arises, what should be done? Make another law? Again I would say NO it won't stop such criminal acting. Then WHAT? Law can never prevent crime. It can only punish(depends) the criminal after a crime has taken place. Rape is not a territorial issue, it is the global issue. Every country is struggling with this.
